Thank you for shopping with Ryan Clayton LLC and Pretty Dirty Supply Co. We work with trusted print-on-demand production partners through [Printify](https://printify.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com) to create and ship your products as orders are placed.
Order Processing Time
All products are made to order. Please allow:
2–7 business days for production
Additional shipping time depending on destination and shipping method selected
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after production:
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 10–30 business days
Shipping times may vary during holidays, high-order volume periods, or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and carrier rates through our fulfillment partners.
Some products may ship separately if they are produced by different print providers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Ryan Clayton LLC and Pretty Dirty Supply Co are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or stolen packages.
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier and fulfillment provider to help resolve the issue.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or duties required by their country.
Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
